Heritage Ridge Thunder Jack is a blend of peppers, Colby cheese, and Monterey Jack cheeses. A very colorful cheese that highlights any cheese display.

Crafted in Middlebury, Indiana, with milk from our dairy cooperative

Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, Red & Green Jalapeno peppers, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes, and Annatto color.
