Horning Farms is part of a farmer-owned, Michigan based dairy cooperative, which owns three dairy processing plants. One of these crafts the cheese, another makes the butter. Both of these are produced under the Heritage Ridge Creamery brand and we are proud to offer these in our farm shop.

Did you know we have been raising some Wagyu-cross beef? And we have several beef animals that are half Wagyu. Well, what the heck is Wagyu!? Wagyu is a breed of cattle known for its intermuscular marbling and tenderness, resulting in exceptionally flavorful beef.
