Two T-bones per package, each steak is 12 oz. to 16 oz. (approx. 1.5-2 pounds total).
T-bones are cut from the loin and are a smaller version of a porterhouse.
T-bones are great for grilling, smoking, or pan-frying.
Meat is sold per package not by weight, all weights are approximate.
All orders are to be picked up at our farm location.

All meat is frozen and individually packaged in vacuum-sealed bags.
