Porterhouse - Wagyu

Porterhouse steaks vary in size from 16 ounces to 24 ounces each. They are available in both single steak packages and double steak packages. 

Porterhouses are cut from the loin; they have a larger tenderloin muscle than a T-bone steak.

Porterhouses are great for grilling, smoking, or pan-frying.

Meat is sold per package not by weight, all weights are approximate.
All orders are to be picked up at our farm location.
Due to food safety concerns shipping is unavailable. 
All meat is frozen and individually packaged in vacuum-sealed bags.
