Heritage Ridge Pepper Jack is a blend of Jalapeno peppers and Monterey Jack cheese. This product is hot, melts well and is great for snacking and sandwiches. Pepper Jack was named Grand Champion Cheese in the 2017 NMPF Championship Cheese Contest.
