New York Strip Steak - Wagyu

Two New York strip steaks vary in size from 8 ounces to 12 ounces each. They are available in both single steak packages and double steak packages. 

New York strip steaks are lean and tender. They are cut from the loin.

New York strip steaks are great for grilling, broiling, and smoking.

Meat is sold per package not by weight, all weights are approximate.
All orders are to be picked up at our farm location.
Due to food safety concerns shipping is unavailable. 
All meat is frozen and individually packaged in vacuum-sealed bags.
