Chuck Eye Steak

Chuck Eye Steaks vary in size from 6 ounces to 10 ounces each. They are available in both single steak packages and double steak packages. 

Chuck Eye Steaks are also known as Delmonico Steaks.

Chuck Eye Steaks have a strong flavor and are tender, they are cut from the chuck.

Chuck Eye Steaks are great for grilling, broiling, or stir-frying.

Meat is sold per package not by weight, all weights are approximate.
All orders are to be picked up at our farm location.
Due to food safety concerns shipping is unavailable. 
All meat is frozen and individually packaged in vacuum-sealed bags.
