Package of one brisket, each package varies from 3-10 lbs.

Briskets are cut from the lower front of the animal.

Briskets are a tougher cut. So they are great for slow cooking, barbecuing, or smoking.

Meat is sold per package not by weight, all weights are approximate.
All orders are to be picked up at our farm location.
Due to food safety concerns shipping is unavailable. 
All meat is frozen and individually packaged in vacuum-sealed bags.

There was a lot of fat on and in this one. Not as good ad the prior briskets.

Apples & BBQ

We smoked the brisket w applewood and used apple juice and then Smoke House 52 BBQ sauce. I would have put this up against any restaurant BBQ I’ve ever come across. The Hornings are awesome, and their meat & dairy products are second to none.
