Two porterhouse steaks per package, each steak is 16 oz. to 24 oz. (approx. 2-3 pounds total).
Porterhouses are cut from the loin, they have a larger tenderloin muscle than a T-bone steak.
Porterhouses are great for grilling, smoking, or pan-frying.
Meat is sold per package not by weight, all weights are approximate.
All orders are to be picked up at our farm location.
